Catherine Xiao has been with Expeditors since 2011 and currently leads the ocean export team in Shenzhen. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, she takes charge in the implementation of the Qianhai integrated logistics solution: A cutting-edge initiative aimed at revolutionizing the way logistics operations are carried out in the region. Throughout her tenure at Expeditors, Catherine has embraced various roles such as, account management, sales, management trainee, and more. She also participated in the IDP (Individual Development Program) which provided her with valuable insights and the opportunity to relocate to different locations such as Shanghai and San Francisco. During her IDP immersion, Catherine worked with Expeditors' Strategy and Innovation Team at the corporate headquarters in Seattle.
