Single Window (VUCEM) Maintenance: January 14, 2025

The Government of Mexico, through this publication, informs foreign trade users that during the first week of February 2025, the VUCEM will undergo a maintenance window with a maximum duration of 7 calendar days.

The purpose of this maintenance is to implement adjustments to the technological infrastructure.

Therefore, the following should be considered:

• Services will be suspended, and the submission of government procedures will be unavailable.
• Each government agency will implement alternative procedures for submission and processing, which will be communicated to users.
• The Customs clearance of goods may operate under a contingency plan due to the service disruption.

Furthermore, the authority requests that users take precautions to avoid operational delays.
