The strike at Puerto Rico’s San Juan port continues as a result of a labor-management conflict involving Puerto Rico’s International Longshoremen’s Association (ILA).

The strike has resulted in delayed operations at the port where cargo is piling up at the terminal, and in some vessels omitting the port of San Juan and diverting the cargo to nearby ports.

Customers should expect delays to their cargo.
