A number of airlines have announced temporary suspension of passenger flights to South Korea amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, which is reported to have intensified in recent days.

Both the Hong Kong government and the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have issued health advisories for travel to South Korea. A number of airlines have suspended passenger flights to South Korea through March, including Cathay Pacific, Hong Kong Airlines, Japan Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways, Air New Zealand, and Bamboo Airways.
