Commercial Facility Closure of the San Jeronimo Port of Entry

Mexican Customs (Agencia Nacional de Aduanas de Mexico) has announced a temporary closure of the San Jeronimo/Santa Teresa, NM Port crossing for northbound shipments from Mexico into the US.  The temporary closure is to accommodate the reinforcement of infrastructure and equipment in the area. 

Impact time-period provided by ANAM: Set to close at Thursday, March 7th @ 15:00 MST and set to reopen on Monday, March 11th @ 06:00 MDT.

Northbound (MX to US) operations will be impacted as the port will be closed for both freight as well as empty containers during the designated time-period.

Southbound (US to MX) operations are not expected to be impacted as the port will continue operations during the designated time-period. 

US CBP remains open and fully operational.
