The CARM (CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management) program is scheduled for implementation (R2 – Release 2 on May 13th, 2024).
Importers into Canada, be it Resident or Non-Resident, are required to register on the CARM Client Portal. Not registering will create delays in your supply chain. If you have not registered, we strongly suggest you do. If you require any further details on CBSA’s key initiative, please reach out to your local Expeditors representative.
On May 13, 2024, CARM will become the official system of record for CBSA and its trade partners.
