USTR Seeks Comments on Reinstating Certain Section 301 Exclusions

On October 5, 2021, in a notice, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) issued a request for comments on reinstating the exclusions for certain product descriptions under Section 301. The exclusions will be considered on a case-by-case basis for reinstatement. Comments are sought for any of the previously expired exclusions outlined in the notice for Tranches 1-4. The comment period will be open from October 12, 2021 through December 1, 2021.
