UAE Introduces Electronic Attestation System for Import Commercial Invoices

On February 1, 2023, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MOFAIC) introduced a system for the electronic attestation of import commercial invoices. Electronic attestations are required to file a Customs entry from February 1, 2023.
