Recent Customs Quota Book Transmittals

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (Customs, CBP) publishes directives related to absolute and tariff-rate quotas for both textile and non-textile commodities on the agency's "Quota Book Transmittals (QBTs)" web page. Customs' "QBT" page provides notices of quota opening and closing dates, lists quota levels assigned for given products and quota periods and provides special instructions for the processing of quota entries and on other quota-related issues.

Recent QBT directives include the following:
QBT-13-503 -- 01/15/2013 - Results of 2013 Dairy Products, Chapter 4, AUSN 10 Amended
QBT-13-502 -- 01/10/2013 - 2013 Specialty Sugar Tranches
QBT-13-501 -- 01/04/2013 - Results of 2013 Tuna TRQ Opening
QBT-12-542 -- 12/28/2012 - 2013 TRQ - Milk and Cream, Condensed or Evaporated
QBT-12-541 -- 12/28/2012 - 2013 Apparel Restraint Limits Under Haiti HOPE II
