On January 17, 2014, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #14-000035 announcing adjustments to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) including corrections to cotton duties and the addition of Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) indicators.
According to the release, the update contains 10,199 ABI records and 1,819 harmonized tariff records.
The amended records are available to all ABI participants and can be retrieved electronically.
