On May 1, 2015, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #15-000252 announcing their holding of an “Importer Security Filing (ISF) Enforcement Update - What to Expect Now” webinar on May 5, 2015.

The CSMS clarifies that, “The webinar is the last educational outreach effort before the expiration of the extended 12-month period during which Headquarters reviews all the requests for liquidated damages claims prior to issuance.”

CBP issued an additional CSMS advising the webinar has reached full capacity and registration is closed. However, CBP will record and post the webinar to its website.
