On November 9, 2015, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released Cargo System Messaging Service (CSMS) #15-000804, which provides updated information on how to participate in the Participating Government Agency (PGA) Pilot programs.

“The PGA Pilot is an opportunity for the trade community to work closely with CBP and the Partner Government Agencies (PGA’s) as we begin a filer’s transition to ACE for use of the PGA message set.” CBP will help to provide support for the participant by helping to connect them to the correct contact at the various PGA’s and providing guidance when needed.
