On November 16, 2015, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #15-000854 announcing the release of Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1509, containing 22,076 ABI records and 3,618 harmonized tariff records.
The CSMS specifies that, “Modifications include the annual special program staged rate reductions.
The update also includes all required modifications for the verification of the 2015 Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
