On October 22, 2015, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #15-000794 announcing the release of Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1508, containing 23,448 ABI records and 4,460 harmonized tariff records.
The CSMS specifies that, “Modifications include those made as a result of the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS). The supplemental cotton assessment was adjusted per the Cotton Board Rules and Regulations.”
The update also includes all required modifications for the verification of the 2015 Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
