As U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) continues to work on resolving the issues caused by the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Air Manifest System launch, CBP has advised that local CBP Cargo Operations should be facilitating the move of freight.
CBP Headquarters has yet to release an official guidance document, and it appears that local customs procedures vary by port.
