On June 9, 2015, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #15-000348 advising the trade that numerous fixes to resolve the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Air Manifest System issues were deployed and completed on June 9, 2015, at 02.30 am ET.

The CSMS specifies that, “CBP ports will remain in a facilitative posture as we continue to evaluate system performance. Once CBP determines the system is stable and performing as designed, ports will return to normal operations.”

CBP also issued CSMS #15-003450 providing guidance on how to re-trigger Ace Air Manifest notifications.

As certain processing delays remain, Expeditors is closely working with CBP to resolve any outstanding issues, and will provide updates as they occur.
