Available on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) website is a side-by-side comparison of several non-textile Free Trade Agreements and Selected Preferential Trade Legislation Programs. These include the Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act (CBERA), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP), among others. Programs are compared in several categories, such as:

  • Implementation
  • Expiration Date
  • Citations in HTS General Note and 19 CFR
  • Special Program Indicator
  • Rules of Origin
  • Documentation Required
