On March 21-22, 2015, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) will conduct numerous system maintenance updates resulting in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and CCS/Cadex outages.
All EDI applications will be suspended on Sunday March 22, 2015 from 04.30-6.00 am Eastern Time, as well as from 09:30 to 11:00 Eastern Time. The CCS/Cadex system will be unavailable on both Saturday, March 21, 2015 and Sunday, March 22, 2015 from 05:00-05:30 am Eastern Time.
Processes affected by the outage include following:
- All incoming data
- Outbound messages
- Acknowledgements/Rejects
- Notices
- Customs Declaration Messages
- Release queries
