Mexico Publishes Preferential Duty Rates for Goods under Economic Completion Agreement 55 with Argentina

On April 8, 2022, in the Diario Official, Mexico published a list of goods subject to a 0% import duty rate. The list applies to certain goods originating in Argentina. The products covered include certain vehicles of headings 87.03 and 87.04, as well as goods from several chapters of the Mexican Tariff such as chapters 39, 40, 45, 68, 70, 73, 78, 83, 84, 85, 87, 90, 91, 94, and 96. The enforcement date was the date of publication.
