FDA Publishes Guidance Document on ENDS Products

In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on January 17, 2024, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced the publication of a guidance document for filing entries of electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) products.

This document covers the data elements the FDA needs to review ENDS products and assists the agency to make timely admissibility decisions regarding entries that contain them.
