On May 10, 2021, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #47738574, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced the end of its partnership with Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) and the subsequent unavailability of the portal that allowed industry partners to request a DUNS number. These numbers are identifiers used by various businesses and business systems globally. FDA’s portal will be unavailable on May 24, 2021. After that date, DUNS numbers can be requested directly through D&B’s web platform.
