On July 31, 2020, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service #43528998, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reminded filers that the deadline for filing post summary corrections (PSCs) is extended in cases where an importer is granted an extension of liquidation.

The deadline for PSC filing on entries with extended liquidation is up to 15 days prior to the scheduled liquidation date.

For entries where extended liquidation has not been granted, the deadline for PSC submission is 300 days after the date of entry or up to 15 days prior to the scheduled liquidation date, whichever is earlier.
