CBP Issues Guidance on Section 301 List 4A Duty Reduction

On February 4, 2020, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #41538917, U.S. Customs and Border Protection issued guidance on the duty reduction for Section 301 List 4A.

List 4A applies to products of Chinese origin covered in Annex A of Federal Register Notice (FRN) 84 FR 43304.  The duty rate will be reduced from 15% to 7.5% effective February 14, 2020.
