CBP Issues Guidance on Modifications to EU Goods Subject to Section 301

On August 25, 2020, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #43762405, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued guidance on the recent modifications announced in Federal Register Notice (FRN) 85 FR 50866 to the list of goods from the European Union (EU) subject to Section 301.

The modifications include the removal of specific products of Greece and the United Kingdom and the addition of certain products of France and Germany. The changes will be effective September 1, 2020.
