On May 29, 2019, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #19-000266, the Automated Commercial Service (ACE) Reports Virtual Office Hours sessions.
According to the CSMS, the virtual office hours allow ACE Reports users to schedule 15-30 minute sessions with an “ACE Reports expert to assist with a specific issue or question.” The sessions will be available starting June 18, 2019, and will be offered every Tuesday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time and between the hours of 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
CBP directs users to email ace.reports@cbp.dhs.gov to schedule their appointment, and to include “Request for Virtual Office Hours Appointment” in the subject line of the email.
