In April 2023, the U.S. International Trade Administration (ITA) announced the affirmative preliminary antidumping determination for certain freight rail couplers and parts thereof from Mexico. The notice includes rates assigned for exporter/producer “ASF-K de Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V.” and all others.
