On February 25, 2021, in Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #46390176, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) announced the launch of a new Help Desk to assist with the APHIS Core Message Set. The Help Desk will be available for questions beginning March 1, 2021, with expanded hours beginning on March 15, 2021.
The CSMS notes that the Help Desk will be available to “review stakeholder message sets, explain error codes and flags, provide disclaim guidance, and answer general message set questions.”
