His extensive career spans from his contributions to one of the world's largest shipping lines to his experience with a Fortune 500 third-party logistics provider (3PL). For the past 26 years, Shailesh has dedicated his expertise to Expeditors, where he has predominantly focused on verticals including retail, pharmaceuticals, automotive, manufacturing, and oil & gas. In his current role as Ocean Director, Shailesh's central objective revolves around developing optimal solutions and capabilities to support the burgeoning ocean business segment at Expeditors within the Middle East, Africa, and the Indian Subcontinent region. His responsibilities encompass engaging with prominent clients who engage in sourcing and supply activities within the region. This entails a deep understanding of their specific requirements and the orchestration of appropriate infrastructure development within Expeditors, as well as in collaboration with government bodies, semi-government entities, and private organizations.
