John joined Expeditors in 2021 and is a participant in the Expeditors Manila Leadership Program, a rigorous, year‑round development initiative for emerging leaders within the organization. He began his career in Operations, where he gained hands‑on experience in Import Services, Air Export, and Brokerage, before transitioning into Transition and Implementation. After serving for one year as a Lead Agent for Transition and Implementation, John was promoted to Supervisor for the same function, with an expanded mandate that now includes Sales Operations. In his current role, he now leads his own team of Sales Operations and is committed to mentoring by sharing the knowledge and expertise he has gained throughout his tenure and professional training, with the objective of fostering growth and building a lasting legacy within the company.
