Overview
The Incoterms® Rules are recognized and used worldwide in contracts for the sale and purchase of goods. They assist the business community by providing guidelines that outline risk, costs, and obligations of both the seller and the buyer, and provide consistent definitions and rules of interpretation for commonly used commercial terms. The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) has published a new version of Incoterms® for use starting January 1, 2020. Join us to learn more about how these changes may impact your business!
