As the supply chain continues to evolve, so must we evolve to meet new challenges. Our goal is to provide an interactive teaching environment that is relevant in helping you solve your supply chain challenges.

The first half of the day is educational. We provide insight into how Supply Chains have evolved and what ifs for the future. We discuss solutions/alternatives and innovative ideas to ensure networks operate at optimal performance. At the end of the morning, participants will have an understanding of how to use systems thinking and other techniques to drive holistic supply chain improvements.

The second half of the day is focused on applications with a case study. Participants will be place into teams and asked to solve a hypothetical company's supply chain challenges. Each team will present their recommendations at the end of the course. The class will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and learn from each other in a diverse team setting.

Apply strategic decisions to future supply chain challenges:

  • Future of the company's manufacturing network.
  • Key component sourcing decisions.
  • How to leverage new market opportunities.
