Bringing more than 18 years of Expeditors experience, Renee started and is still based at Expeditors El Paso. Her experience in Mexico began as a Management Trainee with a focus on Mexican Customs process and regulations. Renee currently leads the Sales effort for Mexico and the US/Mexico Border, traveling throughout Mexico most of the time. Renee holds a B.A. in international business from the University of Texas, El Paso and is IATA/FIATA certified.

Gary Ernest: Regional Manager – Cross Border Solutions: CHQ
Gary brings more than 30 years of transportation and logistics experience, including 27 years specializing in U.S. - Canada cross-border operations. A U.S. Army Veteran, he served on active duty in both the United States and Europe and concluded his military career as an officer in the Michigan National Guard. In his current role, Gary is responsible for the full cross‑border product, encompassing ground transportation, customs, and border compliance. A graduate of Wayne State University, he offers deep expertise across transportation, logistics, and supply chain strategy, with a strong focus on value‑added and cost‑reducing supply chain models, several of which will be explored during this seminar.
