About the Seminar
Roll up your sleeves and dive right into this collaborative workshop! We will identify obstacles in your supply chain and work to determine potential solutions to present back at your organization for consideration.
- Supply Chain Fundamentals – Brief overview.
- Considerations and Concerns – We will address the different roles and responsibilities we have in our job. Need to be aware of our surroundings and how we impact those we work with (internally and externally).
- Strengths and Opportunities – We will map out our process flow and seek out a pain point or bottleneck. We’ll also talk about what parts of the process we can capitalize on and what to improve on.
- Root Cause and Solutions – We will identify opportunities and kick start a solution. (Example: issues related to processes, personnel, etc).
Who Should Attend?
This seminar is for someone who understands the basics of supply chain, but wants to dig deeper to identify strengths, opportunities and solutions.
