On February 1, 2018, the World Customs Organization (WCO) released the decisions taken by the Harmonized System Committee (HSC) at their 60th session.
These changes include, “21 new Classification Opinions and 18 sets of amendments to the HS Explanatory Notes, as well as 45 Classification Rulings dealing.”
Hard copies of the new Classification Opinions and the amendments to the Explanatory Notes will be made available later.
