On April 10, 2020, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) published Federal Register Notice 85 FR 20332, extending certain exclusions from List 1 of the Section 301 tariffs that were due to expire April 18, 2020. 

The notice affects eight description-based exclusions including:

• Certain counterweights;
• Certain pipe brackets; and
• Certain ratchet winches.

The exclusions will be extended through April 18, 2021.  They can be claimed under 9903.88.07.  The other exclusions originally announced in Federal Register Notice 84 FR 16310 were not included in this extension notice.
