USMCA/CUSMA/T-MEC Uniform Regulations Published

On June 3, 2020, the governments of the United States, Mexico, and Canada published the Uniform Regulations for the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, known as USMCA in the U.S., CUSMA, in Canada, and T-MEC in Mexico.  The Uniform Regulations address “the interpretation, application, and administration of Chapters 5 (Origin Procedures), 6 (Textiles and Apparel Goods), and 7 (Customs Administration and Trade Facilitation), of the Agreement.”  The Agreement will enter into force on July 1, 2020.
