On February 21, 2018, the United Kingdom (UK) government passed the Export Control (North Korea Sanctions) Order 2018.
The Order sets forth enforcement and penalty provisions for breaches of the EU-wide sanctions against North Korea.
The Order will go into force on March 14, 2018.
