On February 25, 2016 U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #16-000144, announcing the posting on an updated document on CPB’s website for Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Cargo Release Business Processes.
According to the notice, this document “provides an overview of processes, procedures and policies associated with the filing and release of entries in ACE.”
