On January 5, 2016, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #16-000003, announcing that the APHIS Lacey Act Program will be holding a planning and piloting webinar for the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). The webinar will take place on January 6, 2016 at 2:00-3:00 PM EST.
The CSMS clarifies that, “APHIS Lacey Act experts will be present to address technical, piloting, and import questions.”
