Canadian National Rail (CN) has announced that a tentative labor agreement with Unifor was reached last night, February 23, 2015, and the lock out notice for 4,800 CN employees has been withdrawn.
Ratification meetings will be held over the next three weeks and further details will be released once union members vote.
