On January 24, 2017 U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #17-000029 announcing CBP and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in response to updates in the FDA’s Supplemental Guide 2.5, will host a webinar on January 31, 2017 from 1:00-3:00pm EST.
According to the CSMS, “FDA will go over updates to the Implementation Guide that will go into Production on Thursday, February 9, 2017. FDA will also address the trade’s questions during the webinar.”
