DHS Releases Plan for Combating Trafficking in Counterfeit and Pirated Goods

On July 16, 2020, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a plan to implement the recommended actions from its Report on Combating Trafficking in Counterfeit and Pirated Goods.  The implementation plan was developed by the Office of Strategy, Policy, and Plans (PLCY) and addresses the “immediate and near-term milestones, while laying the foundation for more time-intensive regulatory and statutory changes.”
