Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019 Signed into Law

On February 15, 2019, U.S. President Trump signed the “Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019” (“The Act”). The Act provides Congressional approval for funding for various departments through Fiscal Year 2019 (FY19).

Included in the funding for the Bureau of Industry and Security are additional funds to, “…implement the product exclusion process for articles covered by actions taken under section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962.”
