On January 6, 2017 U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #17-000005 as a reminder that the final core trade processing capabilities in ACE, which include Drawback, Duty Deferral, Reconciliation, Liquidation, Collections, and Statements will be transitioned on January 14, 2017.

A previous statement advised that Importer Security Filing (ISF) and Automated Surety Interface (ASI) would be transitioned with the final core trade processing capabilities, but these have now been postponed until further notice.

The notice also advises that as of January 14, 2017 FDA Standalone Prior notice submissions may no longer be sent to the legacy Automated Commercial System (ACS).
