Session One - Import 101
(9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)
Importing 101 will cover what you need to know about importing into the U.S., what is reasonable care and how does an importer demonstrate it.  The seminar will cover right to make entry, valuation, classification, intellectual property rights and best practices to be a compliant importer.

Session Two - Export 101 (1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
Exporting 101 offers information on the fundamentals of export control such as navigating the regulations and how they apply to your exports; ensuring a compliant export program and the current enforcement environment. Did you know that you are required to screen the parties involved in your export transaction? Or that certain destination countries are restricted? If your company is involved in exporting, this is a MUST seminar for you.  

Who Should Attend?
Management, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Shipping and any personnel involved in the export and import processes must attend this seminar.
