The Speaker

Jean-Marie McKnight
Director, Training & Personnel Development, South Asia, Expeditors

Jean-Marie McKnight is the Director of Training & Personnel Development for South Asia, based in Australia.

Jean-Marie started her career in Expeditors 25 years ago, in her home town of Sydney. She began at Expeditors in the Import Air product. Jean-Marie soon progressed into the role of Air Cargo Manager. After several years she became the Import Manager for the entire Sydney operation, managing the Import product for ocean freight, airfreight and the warehouse. After 15 years at the branch, Jean-Marie then accepted a role in the South Pacific regional team. Over a 8 year period, she held a diverse range of General Manager roles in the business including Security, OHS&E, Global Business Operations, Trade Compliance and Training & Personnel Development.

Working today as part of the South Asia Regional group, Jean-Marie leads a team who support product, service and geography, by delivering training aligned with the regional and global strategy.
