With the growing complexities in logistics and supply chain management, our Risk Management Team aims to help our clients understand the financial and physical risks associated with shipping, as well as identify pain points and the steps that can be taken to mitigate risk.  Understanding your specific risks will help improve the flow of your  supply chain, reduce waste, save money and time.

    get an in-depth perspective on how current world events impact the risk to your supply chain.

    examines how many parties actually touch your cargo on its international journey and the
    multiple risks it is exposed to.
  • Incoterms® 2020 - Changes to Incoterms® will be announced in September 2020.  We will
    provide a brief overview of Incoterms® and their proposed changes.
  • Cargo Insurance - Why does cargo insurance exist and what does it cover?  We will explore International freight carriers limitations of liability and explain when carriers are liable for lost
    or damaged cargo.  We will also show how cargo insurance fills the void left by freight carrier liability and discuss if your current coverage is adequate.  
  • IoT and Sensor Based Logistics - See the newest tools and technology providing real time
    visibility to your cargo in motion.  These tools allow for exception management and provide
    the ability to prevent or reduce losses that were previously unavoidable.
