The transportation of aero structures over 1100 kilometers from Hyderabad to Vadodara presented considerable challenges for us at Expeditors; however, our dedicated team approached this task with unwavering commitment.

CASE STUDY - Rapid Response: Secure Engine Transport to Dubai

A Dubai-based airline, which operates an extensive fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft, required the urgent and secure transport of a critical CFM-56 7B engine from Dallas to its Airside maintenance facility in Dubai. We provided a rapid and tailored solution, emphasizing the importance of speed and security through specialized air-ride trucking and expert handling.

Our global network facilitated seamless collaboration between the teams in Dallas and Dubai, ensuring a timely departure and direct delivery to the Airside. This approach helped reduce critical aircraft downtime and surpassed the airline’s expectations significantly.

CASE STUDY - Precision and Partnership: Enabling Space Innovation

A rapidly developing satellite manufacturing company with ambitious plans for a constellation launch in 2025 encountered a significant SCOMET license obstacle in 2024. Recognizing their potential within our startup program, we at Expeditors facilitated a connection with Tradewin to expedite the license procurement process efficiently. Our Trade Compliance professionals then ensured seamless customs clearance and shipping procedures.

Upon receiving the necessary license approval, we carefully managed the export of the satellite by employing a specialized, climate-controlled air-ride vehicle for secure transportation to the airport. The result was that we ensured a smooth and timely journey through close collaboration with our trusted airline partner and our dedicated team at LAX.
