A course designed to provide training & enhanced education on all aspects of the Supply Chain – in a team setting. What team members? Everyone engaged with the Supply Chain!

The first half of the day is designed to be educational and provide insight into how the Supply Chain industry has changed over the last 20 years and what’s being predicted for the next 10-20 years plus we cover what can be done to ensure logistics networks remain at optimal performance?

The second half of the day is designed to test your knowledge. Participants will be placed into teams and asked to solve a hypothetical Company’s supply chain challenges. Each team will present their recommendations on what changes should be adopted and what benefits / savings they would deliver.
