Natalia Bailey, District Trade Compliance Manager
Natalia Bailey joined Expeditors CHS Customs Brokerage department in 2018. After spending two years gaining hands-on experience in operations, she transitioned into an Import and Export Compliance Specialist role. In 2021, she became a District Trade Compliance Manager and soon after that, a Licensed Customs Broker. In addition to overseeing multiple areas of trade compliance in the Charleston branch, she is also an Employee Development Manager.

Shawn Holbrook, Air Export Manager
Shawn Holbrook joined Expeditors in 2001 as a Management Trainee based in New York (JFK).  Prior to joining Expeditors, Shawn spent five years working in ground handling operations at Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. Upon completion of the MT program, his first three years at Expeditors were spent in Air Import operations. In 2004, Shawn relocated to Charleston, SC and managed several departments including Distribution, Transcon Domestic Services and Air Export.  As the Air Export Manager, Shawn is committed to driving value to clients by providing customized end-to-end solutions for all their airfreight needs.  In addition to his role at Expeditors, Shawn is married and has 2 daughters.  In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and spending time at the beach.

Colin Beauch, Ocean Export Manager
Colin Beauch joined Expeditors in August 2011, starting out in Customs Brokerage for three and a half years before transitioning into Exports. There, he specialized in Export documentation before being promoted to Ocean Export supervisor in 2016 and then Ocean Export manager in 2019.
